Sponsors
When it comes to contract negotiations, our main goal is to maximize our client’s earnings. Our company has negotiated contracts with all the shoe companies in the industry as well as many other companies and Organizations from outside the sportswear world.
As agents the first objective for us when we begin working with an athlete is to secure an endorsement contract with one of the shoe companies. We pride ourselves on having excellent relationships with all of the shoe companies in the market, built on many years of experience and Integrity.
In addition to negotiating the best possible deal for an athlete with a shoe company, we also work to make sure that all other opportunities are explored. Whilst sponsorship and endorsement deals from outside the sports world are not as numerous, we have been very succesful in securing additional sponsors for many of our top athletes.
Flynn Sports has worked with many companies over the years to establish a good network of additional sponsorship opportunities. Most Recently we have been succesful in securing additional endorsements with Ryan Hall and Deena Kastor. Ryan has a very prominent deal in working with Nissan and their Master the Shift Campaign. Ryan also has additional sponsors in the form of Oakley, CGI, Garmin and Cytopsport. Deena Kastor also has sponsorship deals with Garmin and CGI.
Lauryn Williams appeared prominently on Fast Flakes cereal boxes in 2006 and 2007 after her World Championship year in 2005.
In the 2008 Olympic year, we negotiated sponsorship deals for Lauryn with Bank of America 'Hometown Hopefuls' and Johnson & Johnson.
Wallace Spearmon worked closely with Hilton Hotels and their 'Be Hospitable' campaign for the 2008 Olympic Games. We also secured a deal with Wheaties for Wallace to appear on their cereal boxes.

Abdi made a run at the U.S. mens 10,000m record at the 2008 Prefontaine Classic, finishing in 27:16.99, which was a little more than three seconds off the record. While at the University of Texas, Jacob garnered many All- American honors. In 2008, during his junior year, he led off the NCAA Indoor Championship winning DMR. He also ran on the World Record setting DMR earlier that season. In the spring, Hernandez was a key factor in Texas' sweep of the 3 distance relays at the Penn Relays. He ran on both the winning DMR and 4x800. His split on the 4x800 was the fastest of the meet. He continued to roll throughout the season, winning his first individual NCAA title, taking the 800m crown. In his senior season, Jacob won his first indoor 800m title at the NCAA Championships and again anchored the winning 4x800m at the Penn Relays. A hamstring injury during the Big 12 4x400m kept him from defending his Outdoor NCAA title.
Since an early age, Molly Huddle has been determined to be an elite runner. So much so, that she didnÂt allow the absesnce of a cross country or track program at her high school stop her- she simply made her own; with herself as the only team member. Since school records were too easy to come by, Molly decided to go out and break the national high school 2-mile record of 10:01. Following a stand out collegiate career at Notre Dame, Molly has found success running professionally for Saucony, and has found a new team. Under the tutelage of Ray Treacy, Molly trains with some of the finest female distance runners in the world in Providence, RI. This environment has proved to be beneficial, as through her 07/08 campaign, Molly has set PRÂs in the 5,000 meters (15:17) and bested the Olympic ÂAÂ standard in the 10,000 meters (31:27). Molly continues to be one of the premier distance runners in the United States, and recently made it to the 5,000m and 10,000m finals at the 2008 US Olympic Trials.
