When it comes to contract negotiations, our main goal is to maximize our client’s earnings. Our company has negotiated contracts with all the shoe companies in the industry as well as many other companies and Organizations from outside the sportswear world.
As agents the first objective for us when we begin working with an athlete is to secure an endorsement contract with one of the shoe companies. We pride ourselves on having excellent relationships with all of the shoe companies in the market, built on many years of experience and Integrity.
In addition to negotiating the best possible deal for an athlete with a shoe company, we also work to make sure that all other opportunities are explored. Whilst sponsorship and endorsement deals from outside the sports world are not as numerous, we have been very succesful in securing additional sponsors for many of our top athletes.
Flynn Sports has worked with many companies over the years to establish a good network of additional sponsorship opportunities. Most Recently we have been succesful in securing additional endorsements with Ryan Hall and Deena Kastor. Ryan has a very prominent deal in working with Nissan and their Master the Shift Campaign. Ryan also has additional sponsors in the form of Oakley, CGI, Garmin and Cytopsport. Deena Kastor also has sponsorship deals with Garmin and CGI.
Lauryn Williams appeared prominently on Fast Flakes cereal boxes in 2006 and 2007 after her World Championship year in 2005.
In the 2008 Olympic year, we negotiated sponsorship deals for Lauryn with Bank of America 'Hometown Hopefuls' and Johnson & Johnson.
Wallace Spearmon worked closely with Hilton Hotels and their 'Be Hospitable' campaign for the 2008 Olympic Games. We also secured a deal with Wheaties for Wallace to appear on their cereal boxes.
FSM also secured deals for Deena Kastor with Tylenol and Alan Culpepper with Gatorade.
The opportunities for our athletes to acquire endorsement deals come with a high level of performance and professional integrity. At FSM we are continually searching for new opportuinities for our athletes to expand their earning potential.
