This is the basic information for the Diamond League structure in 2011.

The meets will be designated either A or B, this has nothing to do with the standard of meet only the events it will stage.

Events
Meets listed as A will have :
Mens : 100m, 800m, 5000m, 400h, PV, TJ, SP, JT
Womens : 200m, 400m, 1500m, 3000sc, 100h, HJ, LJ, DT

Meets listed as B will have :
Men: 200m, 400m, 1500m, 3000sc, 110h, HJ, LJ, DT
Women: 100m, 800m, 5000m, 400h, PV, TJ, SP, JT

Prize Money
The prize money for every meet and every event will be as follows:
1. $10,000
2. $6,000
3. $4,000
4. $3,000
5. $2,500
6. $2,000
7. $1,500
8. $1,000
9. $500 if there is a lane 9 in a sprint event.

9-12 $500 in events 1500 and up.
