Dan Huling, a Miami-Ohio grad, has come on as one of the best US steeplers over the past two seasons. Last year Dan made a huge jump, setting his PR at Monaco with a 8:20. After being injured early on this season Huling came back to place second at the US Championships and secure a spot on the World team. Two weeks ago he nearly hit his PR at Monaco again running 8:21.
