We introduce to you Aaron Braun. Aaron Braun graduated from Adams State University and now runs post-collegiately for McMillan Elite in Flagstaff. Braun was a 4:24 high school miler who went on to run 13:36 in the 5k during his college days. In this first of four parts in the 2011 Flagstaff interview series Braun talks about the transition to post-collegiate life, training and what has helped him experience some early success as a post-collegiate athlete.
