After winning the 1500 meter gold medal at the 2011 IAAF World Championships in Daegu, Jenny Simpson went on to run some more races in Europe looking for a PR. In her remaining races overseas she did not come away with any victories (finished as far back as 8th in a race) and fell short of her PR. She ended the season on a good note with a win at the 5th Ave Mile, but we ask Jenny about the period after Worlds and what made it so difficult.
