In 2009 Maggie Vessey made her first trip the World Championships for the United States after a whirlwind season that ended with the #2 time in the world (1:57). At the World Championships Vessey managed to make it to the semi-finals but did not make the 800 meter final in Berlin. Two years later, two years wiser, Vessey is ready for Daegu with thoughts of medaling in 2011. Look out for Maggie later this month in South Korea.
