Ryan Hall ran the fastest marathon ever by an American at the 2011 Boston Marathon. Although it did not count in the record books due to Boston being a point to point course with a net downhill, it helped Ryan Hall reach a new level of confidence and reassure him that his decisions in training were leading him in the right direction. After his Boston experience Ryan decided to mix things up and get back into racing relatively quickly and it started with a road mile. Ryan talks about his thoughts towards training after the Boston Marathon and where he's at now.
