Since its founding in 1989, Ray's business acumen has ensured FSM's continuous growth. His reputation is characterized as a professional with strong ethical beliefs. Ray's background as an athlete, combined with his worldwide relationships have been the key ingredients to FSM's success in managing over 60 athletes. Prior to starting FSM, Ray made his career as a miler. He has 89 sub four-minute miles to his credit and is one of an elite group of men to have run under three minutes and fifty seconds for the mile. A native of Longford, Ireland, Ray has a business management degree from East Tennessee State University.Susan Judy

Susan serves as Administrative Assistant for FSM. She is available to assist you with any requests or questions you may have to insure answers in a timely manner. She will assist in all aspects of athlete travel, events and financial areas. Susan joined FSM in December of 2003. Susan brings 20 years of customer service experience, 8 years in special event organization and 15 years sales experience to FSM. Susan’s experience will further FSM’s commitment to provide our clients and business associates with the best customer service available. Brad Yewer serves as Director of Marketing for FSM. He joined FSM in 2003 whilst still studying for his degree, and began full time in 2004. Brad is originally from Newbury, England. He was a student at East Tennessee State University, where he received an undergraduate BSC degree in sport management. Before starting college Brad spent 4 years working in the customer relation's field for Sungard Banking Systems and Bayer Pharmaceuticals, before deciding to study for his degree. Brad is also a middle and long distance athlete who competed for ETSU on the track and cross-country teams. He was nominated the ETSU athlete of the year for 2002/03 and SoCon indoor performer of the year for 2003 & 2004, with 5 conference championships and has been an all conference performer on 15 occasions. Brad has gained a vast experience of the sport through competition and from the tutoring of his coaches who have included the late Harry Wilson, Karen Yewer, Julian Goater and 'Coach' David E. Walker at East Tennessee State. Gary Cook, Travel Representative
Gary Cook has been in the travel industry since 1963 working part-time with AAA while attending school. He has a broad background in all aspects of the industry including leisure, corporate and group travel. Through the many years he has owned agencies, escorted his own group tours and taught at San Francisco State University and private colleges specializing in the tourism industry. His current affiliation is with Travel Notes in Sausalito, California, working from his home office in Palm Springs. Fifteen years ago he began specializing in travel arrangements for sporting events including ice-skating, volleyball, tennis, golf and track and field. Gary has been handling travel arrangements for FSM athletes for the past ten years not only working with our staff but also providing individual assistance for our athletes.

Dr. Scappaticci has consulted with Flynn Sports Management since January of 1996. He is visible serving FSM athletes at all major championships and Grand Prix Meetings. Dr. Scappaticci graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1992 and that same year obtained his diploma of Acupuncture from the Institute of Alternative Medicine in Sri Lanka. He is also certified to provide Active Release Techniques (ART). He has been called to consult with a number of Olympic athletes as well as Professional athletes in the NHL, NFL, CFL, and PGA to assist in the treatment of sports injuries and also to design and develop performance enhancement protocols. Athletes from around the world have also traveled to Dr. Scappaticci's busy Chiropractic practice in the Niagara Region for advice and treatment for performance enhancement.
